Our Ethos

What we Make

We make and sell furniture and things for the home that have design-led good looks combined with naturally warm and tactile textures.

Things that feel as good to touch as use.

So, that could mean mixing the old and the new – like the inimitable character of reclaimed wood alongside the clean angles of sleek steel frames in a dining table.

Perfect partnerships with a little slice of soul.

How our Things are Made

We’re all about flipping off flat-packed and mass machine-made stuff to put people back into the process. It means much of our stuff is handmade and bespoke - artisan-crafted

So you’ll find us in our Suffolk workshop, sleeves rolled up and ‘hands dirty’ sanding, sawing, joining, waxing…

The result is everything we make has something in common – it’s a true
handmade one-off.

Real Choice

Many of our items are bespoke, made-to-measure and adaptable to meet individual customer requirements.

So, whether you want a substantial twelve-seater dining table, a console for your hallway, or an eye-catching colour on a frame
get in touch and we’ll work with you to create something unique.

Value of Local

We’re slowly growing a collection of things for the home that have been nurtured in the creative environment of British workshops – an authentic ‘Farmers’ Market’ of cool and honest designs made by real people, giving provenance to each piece.

We want to celebrate the incredible talent and diversity of designers and makers in the country. Beavering away in small (and usually chilly) workshops they're producing things they love and are passionate about.

Keep coming back to us as we uncover new and exciting products.

If you're a talented designer, maker or craftsperson we'd love to hear from you and have a chat about ways of working together - get in touch here.
