Uff table

That's 'Uff' as in Ufford, the languid Suffolk village that Salvation calls home. Rough, tough and full-on rustic, the Uff combines the convivial look of a country pub table that's heard a few tales, with the cool Scandinavian edge of angled steel. A perfect partnership of old and new.

Pared down and visually stunning, the Uff table combines reclaimed scaffold boards with a box steel frame. The boards are gently sanded, their working character retained before being sealed with a satin varnish. The steel, which can be enlivened with a range of powder-coat colours or left in the raw, adds a few solid lines to the gentle swells and textures of the timber.

(Please note, the width of the Uff incorporates the steel frame, so the wood table top will be approximately 5cms less.)

We can make any size you want - go bespoke! As all of our reclaimed wood furniture is handmade to order in the Salvation workshop, if you can’t see the right size for your space we can make it longer, wider, taller - the choice is yours. Simply get in touch and tell us what you need.

Lead-in time on delivery is 6-8 weeks (hand-making furniture from scratch takes a little time!).

We love the nooks, knocks and shakes that give salvaged wood its character – and suspect you’re of the same mind. Reclaimed wood (indeed, any wood) may continue to evolve in your home, subject to heating, humidity, toddlers and the like, adding to its rich life-story and personality.
